Knock-a-Doc® App offers a gamut of healthcare services with a single point of objective of delivering these services at doorstep and keep the patients at home.

FAQ 1 : What are the services that will be available through the App?
Following services would be made available as gradual roll out plan:-

FAQ 2 : What is the basic scope of consultancy with Doctor at Home and Online?
The scope of consultancy will involve all Doctors – both specialists as well as GPs. While a panel of GP Doctors will always be available the availability of specialists is time constrained and as per the details available on the App. Please check the exact schedule and scope of availability of Specialist Doctors while booking. As for the consultancy, in the first case Doctor will visit home and in second case the Doctor will be available for video consultation. In both the cases a Nurse will visit home and assist the Doctor in diagnosis. Also, the pharmacy and path lab services are fully integrated with these two modes of consultancy. All these services will be seamlessly integrated and delivered keeping the patient at home.
FAQ 3 : Is it possible to avail consultancy with a Specialist Doctor only, without Nurse and the rest of the integrated services?
Yes, it will be possible to consult a Specialist Doctor through specific selection and booking. A Specialist panel will be available along with their specializations who can be booked through the App. However, the home visit will be subject to the availability which will be indicated against each Doctor.
FAQ 4 : What is the exact scope of Nurse visiting home?
As mentioned, the Nurse will assist the Doctor in both modes of consultancy in conducting the diagnosis. In addition, s/he will conduct six (6) basic tests as part of the diagnosis procedure during the doctor consultancy. Please refer to FAQ 5 for more details of these 6 tests.
FAQ 5 : What is the scope of General check up?
The General check up is a package of 6 (six) basic tests which will be conducted as a basic offering, every time a consultancy with a Doctor is booked – both home as well as online. A Nurse will visit home and conduct these tests during the Doctor consultancy. This package can also be purchased separately as direct selection and pay mode, in case of which a Nurse will pay visit at home and conduct these tests without any doctor consultancy.
The following tests would be conducted as part of this package.
• Blood pressure
• Oxygen saturation (SpO2)
• Blood sugar random
• Respiration rate
FAQ 6 : What is the procedure for Medicine at Home?
This service is available when a patient has a prescription, obtained through other consultancies and not through KnockaDoc App. The customer can upload the prescription by selecting the service and wait for a quote. If the quote is accepted and paid for, the medicine will be delivered at home and an OTP would be generated to mark the delivery.
FAQ 7 : What is the procedure for Path Lab at Home?
This service is available when a patient has a prescription, obtained through other consultancies and not through KnockaDoc App. The customer can upload the prescription by selecting the service and wait for a quote. If the quote is accepted and paid for, the designated Path Lab will undertake the procedure of collecting the sample, conduct the investigations and upload the Report by end of the day. The patient can follow the tracker to keep track of the progress and completion.
FAQ 8 : What is the scope of Minor OT Service – injection, bandage etc.?
These services can be bought on demand, based on prescriptions obtained through other consultancies and not through KnockaDoc App. The service can be selected, upload the prescription and wait for a quote to pay for the medicines or bandage material involved. The quote can then be accepted and paid for which will include the service charge as well. Once payment confirmation is obtained a Nurse will visit home to complete the service. An OTP will mark the service delivery.
FAQ 9 : What is the scope of ECG and X-Ray services at home?
These services can be bought on demand, based on prescriptions obtained through other consultancies and not through KnockaDoc App. The service can be selected, upload the prescription and wait for a quote. The quote can then be accepted and paid for. Once payment confirmation is obtained a trained technician will visit home to complete the service. An OTP will mark the service delivery.
FAQ 10 : What is the scope of Physiotherapy services at home?
These services can be bought on demand, based on prescriptions obtained through both KnockaDoc App as well as other consultancies. The service can be selected, upload the prescription and wait for a quote. The quote can then be accepted and paid for. Once payment confirmation is obtained a qualified Physiotherapist will make contact and ensure the service. An OTP will mark the service delivery.
FAQ 11 : What is the scope of Geriatric Care services at home?
This service would be available in two packages – Basic and Advanced.
Both the packages can be bought as a pack of 7 days or 30 days, covering calendar days starting from the date of booking. Each package can be booked for a single member or upto two members for the said duration.
The Basic Package will comprise of a Nurse who will pay daily two (2) visits at home and ensure personal care of the member Patient/s.
• Maintain daily chart and consult the corresponding Doctor telephonically, if needed.
• Will review the availability of medicines and help to buy new stock of medicine by using the KnockaDoc App, if needed. The procedure at FAQ 6 to be followed in this regard.
• Will help to carry out path lab investigations, in case prescribed. The procedure at FAQ 7 to be followed in this regard.
The Advanced Package will comprise of the following:-
• A Doctor GP, who will be responsible for the entire duration of the package. S/he will pay at least two visits at home daily and review and administer the entire procedure. The Doctor will respond to any emergency call at any point of time.
• A Nurse who will pay at least two (2) visits at home daily and work in sync with the Doctor. If needed the no. of visits will cover emergency calls as well. Scope of work will broadly cover scope of the Basic Package.
• The consultation with a specialist Doctor would be arranged by using FAQ 3 procedure.
• Medicines would be refreshed as per FAQ 6 procedure.
• The investigations will be conducted as per the FAQ 7 procedure.
• The services of a Psychological specialist would be available as additional demand through the App.
• The services of an Aayah can be booked as additional service for 12 or 24 hours.
